Full Time Must-Have Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience working in a Porsche dealership or Porsche shop.
  • Strong expertise in Porsche diagnostics, repairs, and service procedures.
  • Previous experience leading or mentoring technicians.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Porsche Silver Certification (Preferred)
  • Porsche Gold Certification (Highly Preferred)
  • Experience managing shop workflow and technician productivity. Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support technicians with diagnostics and complex repairs.
  • Provide technical guidance and coaching to improve technician skills.
  • Assign repair orders efficiently to maximize shop productivity.
  • Perform quality control inspections to minimize comebacks.
  • Ensure compliance with Porsche warranty procedures and all applicable regulations.
  • Assist customers during road tests when necessary for accurate diagnosis.
  • Monitor shop performance metrics (efficiency, productivity, comeback rate).
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment.
  • Ensure technicians complete required Porsche manufacturer training.
  • Step in to complete difficult or high-level repairs when needed. Required Skills

Pay:
Up to $150.00 per year
