Key Missions Direct Maintenance Technicians in daily duties and lead the team in continuous improvement activities within area of responsibility Support and lead the team in cross-training and technician development efforts Schedule, coordinate and lead all Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) processes for area of responsibility Delegate responsibilities during the absence of the Manager, Technical Services Ensure all work is in compliance with

2000 standards Follow and comply with all OSHA and company safety procedures Adhere to the IDEMIA Quality Policy Other roles and responsibilities may apply Profile & Other Information B.S.
