Purpose This role plans, designs and implements maintenance programs to optimize the availability and productivity of production site facilities and equipment.

Key Missions Direct Maintenance Technicians in daily duties and lead the team in continuous improvement activities within area of responsibility Support and lead the team in cross-training and technician development efforts Schedule, coordinate and lead all Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) processes for area of responsibility Delegate responsibilities during the absence of the Manager, Technical Services Ensure all work is in compliance with
ISO 9000
2000 standards Follow and comply with all OSHA and company safety procedures Adhere to the IDEMIA Quality Policy Other roles and responsibilities may apply Profile & Other Information B.S. Degree in Engineering or equivalent education/experience Strong leadership ability is a must; must have demonstrated success in leading a team in continuous improvement efforts and daily tasks 3-5 years in a manufacturing engineering/maintenance environment 1-2 years' experience with pneumatic and hydraulic equipment Fundamental experience in project management Ability to support a positive work environment and encourage team building Must possess excellent organizational skills and demonstrate the ability to multi-task in a rapidly changing environment Must be able to work effectively with leaders from all other functions and departments Working knowledge of PCs, Windows, Office, and Project By choosing to work at IDEMIA, you will join a unique tech company, offering a wide range of growth opportunities.
