Objective:

Looking for a good hard-working Maintenance Leader for a Full-time position, M-F. As a Maintenance Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. This is a vital role in our organization, as you will play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly. This position is also a key member of the Safety Team. What You Will Do Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance duties on machines such as Press brakes, Laser & Plasma cutters, Shearer, Welders, etc. Perform basic facility maintenance for lighting, plumbing and normal upkeep. Read and understand blueprints Use all required maintenance tools safely and properly Trouble shoot and present solutions in a timely manner within a fast-paced environment

•Use Microsoft Word, Email and can effectively communicate with internal team members and outsourced services. Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, and repairing equipment Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and address them proactively Follow maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks Collaborate with other team members to coordinate repairs and maintenance activities Utilize schematics and logic controllers to troubleshoot electrical systems Supervise contractors and vendors when necessary What You Will Need to Be Successful Strong knowledge of electrical systems and ability to read schematics Experience working with logic controllers and troubleshooting electrical issues Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues accurately Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Demonstrated leadership abilities If you are a motivated individual with a strong technical background and a passion for maintaining equipment, we encourage you to apply for this position.
