SUMMARY OF POSITION
Responsible for building operations management of all medical office and administrative properties not otherwise maintained by The Milton S. Hershey Medical Center or another Penn State Health System entity. Building operations management duties include coordination of all physical and/or instructive activities with site managers/directors, serving as the primary contact for major building issues, and serving as the liaison between vendors and site managers/directors for all building concerns.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
: Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school with seven (7) years of experience in carpentry, HVAC, mechanicals, plumbing or electrical required or Bachelor's degree with five (5) years of experience in the field.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Certified Health Care Facilities Manager (CHFM) preferred.
