Job Description

Description ARM Group LLC's Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing all maintenance and upkeep of ARM's Hershey-area office buildings, fleet vehicles, company supplies, equipment, and tooling. This role is tasked with tracking maintenance schedules as well as identifying areas for improvement to ensure the facilities, equipment and tooling are safe and operating properly while maintaining budget.
Primary Responsibilities:
Management and maintenance of company equipment, field sampling tools, and nuclear soil density gauges; Management of vendor maintenance to vehicles including oil changes, fluids, brakes, mfr. recommended services, etc.; Manage overall building maintenance and coordination with vendors to complete necessary repairs (HVAC, basic electrical, carpentry, and plumbing); Organize and maintain shop and storage areas; Coordinate equipment care, calibration, and tool-ups and supplies to support field projects, periodically performing the same for other regional office personnel working in the Hershey area; General care and service of office equipment and systems; Coordinate field tooling and supplies with field teams; Monitor inventory levels and reorder as needed for office and field personnel; Manage relationships with contractors and service providers to ensure best service levels and pricing; Maintain maintenance logs, equipment usage/rental logs, vehicle logs, and maintenance costs; report as required (vehicle mileage logs, equipment usage logs, GPS Logs, nuclear density gauge tracking sheets, fuel receipts, etc.) into databases; Occasional field services as needed to support field projects;
Requirements Requirements:
Positive attitude High School Diploma or equivalent Valid Drivers License in good standing Proficient with Microsoft Office to include word and excel Knowledge and experience with building and equipment maintenance HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, basic electrical, etc. Ability to keep accurate tracking and reporting Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask Good verbal and written communication skills
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and climb stairs on a regular basis Must be able to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50lbs.) on a regular basis Must be able to utilize hand and power tools
