What they do
A Maintenance Planner improves workforce productivity and work quality of a maintenance organization by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning, scheduling, and coordination of labor, parts and material, and equipment access. Reports to Maintenance Manager and maintains liaison between Operations and Maintenance. Through supervision of the Maintenance Administrator, the planner is also responsible for maintenance of records and files essential to meaningful analysis and reporting of maintenance-related matters.

Job Description
- Experience using AutoCAD and / or Revit
- Adept in the latest space management tools and technologies
- Previous experience in space planning or occupancy planning ## Desired Skills
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Interior Design, Architectural Interiors or similar degree
- Proficient in Tririga or similar Space Management Tools
- A high level of attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to obtain a Top-Secret security clearance (US Citizenship required)
Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:
