Landscaping Foreman / Crew Leader — Training Provided Dziack Outdoor Maintenance Services LLC — Latrobe, PA $20-$30/hour based on experience | Full-Time | Weekly Pay Looking for someone who wants to move up? Dziack Outdoor Maintenance Services is a small, family-owned landscaping company looking for a dependable, experienced landscaper who wants to take the next step into leadership. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, knows how to operate a zero-turn mower, and wants the opportunity to learn how to lead a crew and eventually become a Foreman. You don't have to know everything on day one. We'll train the right person on our equipment, customers, work standards, scheduling, and day-to-day operations.
Our goal:
train the right person during the 2026 season and have them step into a Foreman role for the 2027 season. What You'll Do You'll work alongside our crews while gradually taking on more responsibility, including: Leading and working alongside a landscaping crew Operating zero-turn mowers and other landscaping equipment Mowing, trimming, mulching, weeding, and general landscape maintenance Helping organize daily jobs and crew assignments Training and directing crew members Communicating with the owner about jobs, equipment, materials, and customers Learning how we organize, and complete jobs to our standards Hardscape projects and pressure washing Driving trucks and trailers and safely transporting equipment and materials Keeping trucks, trailers, equipment, and job sites clean and organized Helping with snow removal during the winter as needed What We're Looking For Experience matters, but attitude and reliability matter just as much. You'll be a strong candidate if you have: Previous landscaping experience Strong zero-turn mower experience A valid driver's license The ability to safely drive a truck and trailer A dependable way to get to and from work A strong work ethic and attention to detail A positive attitude Good communication skills The ability to work outdoors and perform physical work A willingness to learn and take on more responsibility The desire to eventually lead a crew We're especially interested in someone who has thought, "I'm ready to move up, but I need the opportunity." Your Path to Foreman This isn't a dead-end landscaping position. During the 2026 season, you'll work closely with the owner and crew to learn: Equipment → Job Standards → Customers → Job Organization → Crew Leadership → Foreman As you prove yourself and become comfortable handling more responsibility, you'll gradually take on more of the crew-leadership role. The goal is for the right person to become a full Foreman for the 2027 season, with increased responsibility and earning potential.
