Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor Location:

Full-time, Direct Hire.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:00 PM. Occasional mandatory Saturdays and overtime may be required. Relocation assistance is available.

Overview:

• Lead daily maintenance activities while staying hands-on with equipment troubleshooting, repairs, and reliability.

What You'll Own:

• Lead maintenance priorities, assign technicians, and ensure work is completed.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, motor, and control systems.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance through a CMMS .
• Partner with Production to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
• Coach technicians, provide technical direction, and drive accountability.
• Support root-cause investigations, reliability improvements, and maintenance projects.

What You Bring:

• Strong industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting expertise.
• Working knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, motors, controls, and industrial equipment.
• Ability to independently diagnose failures and lead repairs.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals.
• Proficiency with a multimeter and standard troubleshooting tools.
• CMMS experience.

Technical school, trade certification, or associate degree is a plus.

Pay:

$80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Experience:

Industrial maintenance: 5 years (Required)

Electrical Troubleshooting:
