Job Description

About the Role As a Facilities Maintenance Lead, you will spearhead the daily operations of our technical maintenance team to ensure peak equipment performance and facility reliability. You will drive operational uptime by managing electro-mechanical resources and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across our production environment. Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of technicians to execute daily maintenance tasks and complex equipment repairs. Optimize production throughput by coordinating preventative maintenance schedules and rapid response troubleshooting. Drive site-wide operational excellence by identifying and implementing process improvements for machinery and building systems. Collaborate with production leadership to align maintenance activities with operational goals and equipment availability. Ensure all maintenance functions adhere to rigorous safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards. Manage technical resources effectively to minimize downtime and extend the lifecycle of critical manufacturing assets. Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial distribution environment. Proven track record in a supervisory or team lead capacity. Strong technical proficiency in equipment repair, preventative maintenance, and facility systems. Preferred Skills Associate degree in Supervisory Management, Industrial Technology, or a related field. Advanced knowledge of electro-mechanical systems and industrial troubleshooting. Experience driving lean manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives within a technical team.
