Performance Bonus Structure Work Schedule:

What You Will Be Doing:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service department, ensuring efficient workflow, and exceptional customer service Managing team of techniciansmaintaining service schedules Overseeing training and development ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policy Insure timely completion of HVAC service requests Maintaining customer relations Daily billing and warranty claims Ordering partsfinalize technicians estimates Ensure all vehicles are stocked Performance reviews of
Technicians What We Are Looking For:
Over 3 years of experience in management within a service-based environment, or a comparable mix of education and professional background Minimum of 3 years of hands-on knowledge in the HVAC field Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook Familiarity with ServiceTitan software is beneficial Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience guiding, coaching, and supporting technician teams Strong verbal and written communication skills to build positive customer relationships and encourage team cooperation Capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently while meeting deadlines and maintaining priorities Excellent analytical thinking with sound judgment and effective problem-resolution skills Highly organized with strong administrative abilities in scheduling, reporting, and inventory coordination Valid driver's license and insurable driving record High school diploma or equivalent
