Job Description
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for all aspects of plant maintenance, including the maintenance staff, facilities maintenance, Powered Industrial Equipment, and stationery equipment. The Maintenance Manager collaborates with the Maintenance Supervisor, Production Supervisors, and Plant Manager to ensure equipment is ready to go. Major tasks, responsibilities, and key accountabilities: Plan, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers' expectations. Assigns tasks to respective maintenance staff and managers the quality and timeliness of task completion Conducts regular audits of all equipment and facilities, including but not limited to: Building HVAC Electrical Relevant security equipment Powered Industrial equipment Stationary equipment Collaborates with area Production Managers as needed Ensure spare parts are in stock Provide training, development, and coaching to maintenance staff. Effective and accurate troubleshooting methods of repair for equipment with root cause analysis of malfunction and options for remediation. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Develops and manages performance matrices for the team. Helps to monitor maintenance records Helps to manage FIXX tasks. Maintained Preventive Maintenance schedules.

Possesses a bachelor's degree from an accredited university Minimum 5 yrs experience inManufacturing Qualifications:
Experience- knowledge of OSHA and other governmental regulations; incident and accident prevention Leadership
