Full Job Description Position:
Property Superintendent Employment Type:
Full-Time The Patton Logistics Group is seeking an experienced Property Superintendent to oversee the maintenance of our 20 industrial facilities in Central Pennsylvania. In addition, this person will coordinate with outside contractors for the construction of new industrial facilities. This position will ensure all buildings, equipment, and systems operate efficiently while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage our in-house team of experienced maintenance staff Attend job site meetings with industrial building contractors Knowledge of zoning regulations and permitting Manage facility maintenance and repair programs of existing buildings Oversee contractors, vendors, and service providers Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and building regulations Coordinate preventive maintenance activities Respond to facility-related emergencies and operational issues Support workplace improvement and capital project initiatives
Qualifications:
Experience in industrial construction management, building operations, or related field. Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and vendors. Proficiency with maintenance management systems is preferred.
Pay:
From $100,000.00 per year
