Ncite Partners is currently partnering with a well-established, growth-oriented manufacturing company that continues to invest in its people, equipment, and processes as they look to bring on a Maintenance Manager. Highlights Day shift position with occasional overtime required for urgent maintenance issues. Opportunity to build and improve team capability through training Hands-on role with direct impact on plant performance Our Client Our client is a reputable manufacturing company committed to operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement. They utilize modern manufacturing equipment and are focused on minimizing downtime while maximizing production efficiency. The Role Lead and support maintenance operations across multiple shifts in a 24/7 manufacturing environment Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues, including electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Act as a working supervisor, stepping in on complex repairs beyond team capability Train and develop maintenance technicians to improve team capability and reduce dependency Coordinate with vendors to source parts, equipment, and solutions as needed Qualifications 6+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Strong background in electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics Proven troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve issues. Previous leadership or supervisory experience is highly preferred. Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to lead by example.
Pay:
$85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
