Maintenance Supervisor:
As the Afternoon Shift Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading maintenance teams in the upkeep and repair of critical equipment within the plant, facilities, utilities, and powerhouse. Your role is crucial in ensuring operational efficiency, reducing downtime, and maximizing productivity. By overseeing the maintenance of essential processes, you will contribute significantly to the facility's success by maintaining optimal production levels and equipment functionality. Job Duties & Responsibilities of the
Maintenance Supervisor:
Lead and supervise Maintenance Mechanics and Electricians in maintenance tasks and repairs. Provide training on work methods and safety protocols to employees. Manage maintenance systems, processes, and documentation to ensure efficiency. Coordinate maintenance schedules with Production to address repairs promptly. Develop and implement maintenance systems for optimal equipment performance. Provide solutions for troubleshooting, problem analysis, and equipment failures. Monitor and report maintenance performance indicators. Ensure compliance with USDA regulations for maintenance tasks. Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and inventory. Education & Experience Requirements of the
Maintenance Supervisor :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 2+ years of experience, or equivalent. Experience in leadership roles and problem-solving in a manufacturing environment. Excellent communication and Microsoft Office skills. Technical expertise in maintenance fields and proficiency in maintenance systems, preferred. Strong leadership abilities and teamwork skills. Effective planning and priority-setting capabilities. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual proficiency, preferred.
