Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will oversee technicians, schedule and prioritize work using a CMMS, and ensure safe, reliable operation of plant equipment. You will manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and coordinate contractors and vendors. The supervisor will champion safety, support continuous improvement, track maintenance KPIs, and develop team skills to enhance reliability, uptime, and overall plant performance. Responsibilities Lead and schedule daily maintenance activities for plant equipment and facilities. Implement and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime. Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and company standards. Use CMMS to prioritize, assign, and track work orders and maintenance history. Coordinate contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance work. Monitor maintenance KPIs, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement. Train, coach, and evaluate maintenance technicians to build skills and performance. Manage spare parts, tools, and maintenance inventory effectively. Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, and reliability initiatives.
