Overview We are seeking an experienced, dependable Maintenance Technician Supervisor to oversee maintenance and repairs for multiple apartment buildings.

Requirements & Responsibilities:

• HVAC certification required
• Strong electrical knowledge/certification
• Diagnose and repair apartment appliances
• Basic plumbing repairs
• Apartment turnovers and unit preparation
• General building maintenance and repairs
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues quickly and efficiently
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Inspect completed work and ensure repairs are done properly
• Manage, supervise, and assign work to other maintenance staff
• Coordinate and prioritize service requests
• Maintain organized records of repairs and completed work
• Must be able to read and write
• Must communicate professionally with management, tenants, vendors, and staff
• Must have reliable transportation and a dependable vehicle to travel between buildings
• Must have own basic tools
• Must be dependable, responsible, organized, and able to work independently
• Must be available for emergency maintenance calls when needed, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Previous apartment/building maintenance experience required We are looking for someone who can lead a maintenance team while also being hands-on and capable of completing repairs personally when necessary.

Full-time position. Pay based on experience and qualifications.
