We are currently seeking a reliable, hardworking, and motivated Landscape Crew Leader to guide our team and maintain beautiful outdoor spaces for our residential and commercial clients. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership:
Direct and motivate a small field crew to complete daily landscaping routes efficiently and safely.
Lawn Care & Maintenance:
Perform commercial and residential mowing, edging, string trimming (weed whacking), blowing, and property cleanups.
Horticulture Care:
Plant, mulch, weed, and prune trees, shrubs, and perennial flower beds to ensure healthy growth.
Equipment Safety:
Operate and perform basic routine maintenance on commercial landscaping equipment (zero-turn mowers, trimmers, leaf blowers).
Seasonal Services:
Assist with winter snow removal and ice management services (shoveling, salting, operating snow equipment).
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years of professional landscaping or lawn care experience preferred. Leadership or foreman experience is a major plus.
Driver's License:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation to work.
Physical Fitness:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently and work comfortably outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
Skills:
Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to follow and give clear instructions.
Reliability:
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and punctuality are absolute musts.

$25.00 - $29.00 per hour
