• What You'll Be Doing
• + Lead maintenance activities across multiple ready mix plant locations to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations.

+ Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues on plant equipment and systems.

+ Coordinate preventative maintenance schedules and prioritize repairs to minimize downtime.

+ Perform maintenance and repair work on ready mix concrete trucks as needed.

+ Partner with plant and operations teams to drive equipment reliability, safety compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• What Are We Looking For
• + Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting and repairing industrial plant equipment and heavy-duty vehicles.

+ Ability to lead maintenance activities, coordinate work priorities, and support team performance across multiple locations.

+ Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.

+ Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and preventative maintenance best practices.

+ Effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to work independently.

• Conditions of Employment
