Pay:
$100,000-$135,000/year + discretionary bonus
Shift:
Days | 7:00 AM-4:00 PM | Flexibility as needed

Full benefits package About the Role We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance and reliability efforts in a fast-paced dairy processing environment. This position will oversee the maintenance team, preventive and predictive maintenance programs, equipment reliability, and plant utilities while supporting safe, efficient, continuous production. Job Responsibilities Lead, develop, and support the plant maintenance team Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime Oversee maintenance and troubleshooting of dairy processing, filling, packaging, and utility equipment Support HTST pasteurization systems, separators, homogenizers, sanitary pumps, valves, valve clusters, and CIP systems Maintain fillers, conveyors, packaging equipment, and related production machinery Coordinate maintenance of ammonia refrigeration, boilers, compressed air, water, and other plant utility systems Lead electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and equipment repairs Plan maintenance schedules, prioritize work orders, and coordinate maintenance activities around production needs Drive reliability improvements, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for recurring equipment issues Ensure maintenance activities meet food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety requirements Manage maintenance parts, contractors, documentation, and departmental priorities Partner with production, quality, sanitation, and plant leadership to support operational performance Qualifications Strong maintenance leadership experience within dairy, beverage, fluid food, or similar food manufacturing Dairy processing experience strongly preferred Experience with sanitary processing equipment, CIP systems, fillers, packaging equipment, and plant utilities Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting knowledge Experience leading preventive and predictive maintenance and equipment reliability programs Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and maintenance requirements in a regulated food manufacturing environment Strong leadership, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to support a continuous production operation and respond to maintenance needs outside normal hours when necessary
Pay:
$100,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
