Job Summary Woodward Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee all aspects of property maintenance for our Secane/Clifton Heights portfolio spanning across 4 residential properties totaling 629 units. The Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing a team of technicians, ensuring the property's systems and facilities are in optimal condition, and delivering excellent service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead the maintenance team in daily operations, repairs, and preventative maintenance. Perform and oversee maintenance tasks, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs. Coordinate and monitor contractors and vendors for specialized services. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Respond promptly to resident service requests and emergencies. Schedule and track routine inspections, including unit turnovers and grounds maintenance.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in maintenance supervision, preferably in multifamily housing. Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Must be available on-call 24 hours a day in case of emergency. Pay:

$79,000.00 - $87,360.00 per year
