Murphy's Outdoor Maintenance is a small business located in Centre Hall, PA. We are hiring a fulltime experienced Crew Leader/Foreman for all aspects of landscape maintenance-bed clean ups, mulching, leaf clean ups, pruning, new installs etc.) as well as Winter snow removal. Experience required. We are looking for a year-round employee that is interested in a leadership position and be able to lead a team on a job site. Required to drive a truck and trailer to and from jobsites as well as plowing snow and being on call for snow services in the winter. Looking for a motivated self-starter who wants to grow with the company. Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscaping Crew Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong background in landscape maintenance and groundskeeping. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for supervising a team of landscapers, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Your leadership skills will be crucial in fostering a positive work environment while delivering exceptional landscaping services to our clients. Duties Supervise and lead a team of landscaping crew members in various tasks including all aspects of landscape maintenance Maintain high standards of landscape maintenance by ensuring that all work is completed according to company policies and client specifications. Train new crew members on best practices in landscaping techniques and safety protocols. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service. Ensure that all equipment is maintained properly and used safely by crew members. Qualifications Proven experience in landscaping or groundskeeping with a strong understanding of landscape maintenance practices. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while performing physical tasks. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
