Experience following formulas, batch sheets, manufacturing recipes, or detailed work instructions preferred. Experience using SAP or other ERP systems for inventory management, material transactions, and production reporting preferred. Your responsibilities We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance of operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a solid background industrial maintenance. The Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing the performance of an hourly, unionized work force through the scheduling of work assignments and follow-up of assignments; record keeping and scheduling of preventive maintenance programs and troubleshooting equipment, as necessary.
