Job Overview The role of Maintenance Manager is to schedule, assign and monitor maintenance work; manage hourly maintenance employees; maintain paperwork; maintain the maintenance budget and work with operations on process improvement projects. Duties

• Maintain a maintenance schedule. Assign and monitor work. Problem solves and prioritizes work. Maintain spare parts and maintenance systems. Assign work orders in system and maintain preventative maintenance paperwork. Monitor and ensure safe working environment including proper housekeeping when work is completed. Proactively identify changes/additions to plant preventative maintenance programs to assure ongoing equipment operations. Ensure adherence to Safety policies, procedures and practices. Working knowledge of process equipment to aid in troubleshooting Maintain records for maintenance activities in accordance with food safety and ISO9001 standards Work with purchasing to ensure proper spare parts are on hand and repair parts are ordered in a timely manner

• Work within the annual repair budget while maintaining proper equipment performance Work with leadership group to manage and implement capital improvement projects Learn operation of equipment in each process area Work with purchasing to create a detailed equipment list for spare and replacement parts Complete all required paperwork in a timely manner and maintain records properly Communicate progress of both repair and project work to proper departments on a regular basis Train in operation of on-site heavy equipment

Requirements:

•5 years supervisory experience. College diploma or equivalent working experience in a skilled trade

•e.g. pipe fitter, electrician, mechanic, etc. Mechanical aptitude Training in fluid mechanics, mechanical operations, and refrigeration, electrical wiring/controls Proven track record of handling multiple assignments Familiar with OSHA standard regulations Demonstrated systems and organizational skills Who we
