We proudly serve homeowners throughout the Tri-State area, delivering 5-star plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical services through a proven, customer-focused service system.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to oversee and coordinate field service operations for our fast-growing HVAC, plumbing, & electrical industry. The Service Manager will be responsible for ensuring top-tier customer service, efficient scheduling, technician performance, and operational excellence. This role bridges the gap between office and field, focusing on team leadership, client satisfaction, and job profitability. This position requires a background in management.
Salary:
$70,000 to $80,000 Bonus Structure with potential to make $150k plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and manage a team of field service technicians. Schedule service calls, installations, and maintenance jobs efficiently and fairly. Monitor job progress, ensuring quality work, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction. Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing service concerns promptly and professionally. Implement service policies, procedures, and quality control standards. Manage parts inventory, equipment tracking, and fleet maintenance. Analyze service metrics and prepare reports for senior management. Assist in hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations of technicians. Coordinate with sales and project teams to ensure smooth transitions and communication. Ensure compliance with all relevant industry codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications:
2+ years of supervisory or managerial experience
REQUIRED
Strong technical understanding of the relevant trade. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in-service management software and scheduling tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with industry regulations and local codes. Experience with dispatching software (ServiceTitan)
