Maintenance Director Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Director to join our team at Saunders Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. As a Maintenance Director , you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our residents and staff.

Maintenance Director Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations, including repairs, renovations, and capital projects Manage a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure timely completion of tasks Develop and implement maintenance schedules, budgets, and programs to ensure efficient use of resources Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and address potential issues Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors, ensuring timely and cost-effective service delivery Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards

Maintenance Director Requirements:

Prior experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Familiarity with building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
