Maintenance Director (Safety and Maintenance Engineer) IntegraCare , manager of Senior Living, Independent Living & Memory Care Communities, is looking for an organized and hands-on professional to lead the Maintenance efforts of one of our premier Senior Living Communities, The Residence at Fitz Farm , and help to keep it " A Great Place to Work and a Great Place to Live ".

Salary:

$64,000 - $66,500 yearly + bonus potential Responsibilities include : Hands-on maintenance of grounds, building interior and equipment Successfully negotiates & coordinates with outside vendors Performs preventative maintenance and repairs (light construction, painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.) Position requires working hands-on maintenance approximately 80% of the time

Qualifications :

4 years of solid maintenance experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity Valid PA driver's license with a clean driving record Light construction, electrical, plumbing, and troubleshooting skills Commercial laundry/housekeeping experience is a plus HVAC certification preferred Why work with IntegraCare at The Residence at Fitz Farm?
