Job description: Concordia at SpiriTrust-Sprenkle Drive is seeking a dependable and compassionate Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in building maintenance, strong troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to providing a safe and comfortable environment for residents and staff. This is a first shift, full time position. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2-3 years of maintenance experience preferred
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general carpentry
• Knowledge of DHS/DOH regulations and local building codes
• Ability to respond to emergency maintenance calls when assigned Responsibilities
• Perform general maintenance and repairs including plumbing, electrical, painting, appliances, and equipment
• Conduct routine inspections and audits of equipment and emergency systems
• Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies in proper working condition
• Assist with heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, water, and electrical systems as needed
• Move furniture and equipment between areas when required
• Respond to maintenance emergencies and escalated issues
• Assign and coordinate projects as needed
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and confidentiality requirements What We're Looking For
