The Planner serves as the central coordination point for multishop work, contractors, utility shutdowns, and space access, and uses operational data, such as backlog, preventive maintenance completion, overtime, emergency work, and schedule compliance, to identify trends and drive continuous improvement. This position reports to the Director of Maintenance Services and provides additional support for administrative and management functions as needed.
