Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Maintenance Coordinator to oversee and manage the maintenance operations across our portfolio. In this vital role, you will coordinate maintenance activities and turn overs between vacancies, supervise maintenance teams, and ensure all work orders are handled promptly. Your leadership will help maintain a safe, reliable, and well-functioning environment that supports our operational excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical expertise and management skills to a dynamic facilities management setting. Responsibilities Lead and supervise facilities maintenance teams, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and maintenance procedures. Coordinate scheduled maintenance tasks for mechanical systems, electrical systems, HVAC units, plumbing systems, and other facility infrastructure. Oversee troubleshooting, repair, and replacement of mechanical and electrical components using schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering troubleshooting techniques. Manage maintenance repair procedures utilizing AppFolio software to track work orders, inventory, and maintenance history. Plan and execute projects related to repairs while managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and vendor payables. Qualifications Proven experience in Property Management Strong house maintenance knowledge Proficiency in using computers, cell phones and online software to manage tasks Ability to problem solve and work as a team to improve systems and efficiency. Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and team coordination. Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
