Job Description:
Responsible for planning and scheduling preventive, corrective, predictive, and emergency maintenance activities across Water Operations using CMMS to maximize productivity and ensure efficient asset management.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate daily, weekly, and long-term maintenance schedules. Prioritize and balance preventive, corrective, and emergency work orders. Manage work orders, backlog, and maintenance records in CMMS. Develop and maintain preventive maintenance programs for water systems. Track, analyze, and report maintenance data and trends. Coordinate with field teams, supervisors, and vendors for smooth execution. Support CMMS-related activities, compliance documentation, and reporting.
Requirements:
Associate degree with 3+ years of experience in maintenance planning/scheduling (or equivalent combination). Strong knowledge of CMMS and maintenance workflows. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office tools. Ability to manage priorities and meet tight deadlines. Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
