Role Description This is a part-time role for a Building Services Engineer / Maintenance Supervisor. The Engineer / Maintenance Supervisor will oversee daily maintenance operations. Must have hands-on maintenance experience with plumbing, electrical, appliance, and HVAC. Residential or commercial property management, hospitality, or retail experience is a must.

Requirements:

Must have tools and reliable transportation to visit multiple job sites. Must be able to work evenings during the week and weekends as needed. Proven experience in property management maintenance functions, including commercial, single-family homes, condos, and townhomes. Ability to perform touch-up paint and complete interior repairs as needed. Skilled in troubleshooting and repairing drywall, plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, and HVAC equipment (if applicable). Strong knowledge of equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance procedures. Effective troubleshooting and general maintenance & repair skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and also collaborate in a team environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be computer literate and able to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, for all work-related purposes.

Compensation:

$60

70/hr based on experience
