Automotive Service Manager Leadership Role | Career Growth Harrell's Automotive, Inc. is a fast-growing, family-owned automotive repair company looking for an experienced Automotive Service Manager to help lead our team, drive performance, and elevate the customer experience. This role is ideal for a proven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment , leads from the front, and wants a clear path into a Store Manager role with significant income upside tied directly to performance and profitability. About the Role The Automotive Service Manager plays a critical role in driving the day-to-day success of the shop. You will lead, motivate, and develop both General Service Technicians and Automotive Technicians while actively supporting the front counter and service process. This is a hands-on leadership role . You will be expected to jump in where needed, help solve problems, support your team, and ensure our proven processes are followed with consistency and integrity. What You Will Do Lead and motivate General Service Technicians and Automotive Technicians Drive productivity, efficiency, and team accountability Support front counter operations and customer communication when needed Deliver exceptional automotive hospitality and customer experience Coach, train, and develop team members to reach their full potential Ensure company processes, standards, and best practices are followed Monitor and improve store performance, KPIs, and profitability Maintain a positive, ethical, and family-oriented shop culture Lead by example through work ethic, professionalism, and integrity Who We Are Looking For Prior management or leadership experience (automotive preferred) Strong ability to motivate and lead teams in a fast-paced environment Hands-on leadership style—willing to get involved and support the team Strong communication and organizational skills Customer-focused mindset with a passion for hospitality Results-driven with a desire to grow professionally and financially Ethical, trustworthy, and aligned with a family-business culture Schedule Full-time, fast-paced environment Hours vary based on business needs and leadership responsibilities Compensation & Career Growth Competitive base pay plus performance-based incentives Clear path to Store Manager role with ability to earn $150,000+ per year through improved store performance and net profitability Strong support, systems, and leadership training to help you succeed Your income growth is directly tied to your ability to lead people, improve processes, and drive results.
