Job Description Responsibilities :
Lead and develop production and maintenance personnel to achieve operational goals. Manage production scheduling and planning activities to meet customer and business demands. Oversee preventive maintenance programmes, work orders, and equipment reliability initiatives. Serve as Project Engineer for capital improvement and maintenance projects. Coordinate contractors and oversee facility construction or improvement projects. Drive process improvements focused on safety, productivity, quality, and cost reduction. Maintain accurate equipment, maintenance, and project records. Utilise ERP systems to support operational planning and maintenance activities. Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. The Successful Applicant Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field preferred. 3-5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience. Strong background in plant maintenance and manufacturing operations. Experience with electrical systems, PLCs, and troubleshooting industrial equipment. Project management experience, including capital and maintenance projects. Experience working with ERP software. Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills. Demonstrated ability to improve processes, efficiency, and equipment reliability. What's on
