Through supervision of the Maintenance Administrator, the planner is also responsible for maintenance of records and files essential to meaningful analysis and reporting of maintenance-related matters.

Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Maintenance Planner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, developing maintenance schedules, and ensuring the efficient operation of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems. Your leadership will drive safety compliance, optimize maintenance workflows, and support our facilities management to uphold the highest standards of industrial maintenance. Responsibilities Develop and manage comprehensive maintenance schedules using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to ensure timely repairs and inspections of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Coordinate with maintenance technicians and facilities teams to prioritize work orders based on operational needs and safety regulations. Review schematics, technical manuals, and engineering troubleshooting procedures to facilitate effective repairs of mechanical systems and electrical components. Supervise facilities maintenance teams, providing guidance on maintenance repair procedures while ensuring adherence to OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) safety regulations. Manage procurement of parts and tools required for maintenance tasks, including high voltage and low voltage electrical systems, HVAC system repair, and plumbing system maintenance. Monitor safety protocols during all maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and promoting a culture of safety awareness. Generate reports on maintenance performance metrics using Microsoft Office tools to identify areas for continuous improvement. Qualifications Proven experience in managing industrial maintenance operations within manufacturing or facilities management environments. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in mechanical systems repair, HVAC system repair, electrical systems troubleshooting (including high voltage and low voltage), plumbing system maintenance, and use of voltmeters or ohmmeters. Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience leading facilities or maintenance teams effectively. Proficiency in using CMMS software for scheduling, tracking work orders, and managing assets. Solid understanding of safety regulations such as OSHA standards related to industrial maintenance activities. Ability to read schematics, technical diagrams, and engineering troubleshooting procedures accurately. Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
