Job Description
Job Summary Brakes For Less is seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Store Manager to lead our Enterprise location. The ideal candidate will have strong automotive knowledge, leadership skills, sales experience, and the ability to manage daily shop operations while delivering exceptional customer service. We are looking for that one person that wants to be their own boss and become a partner with Brakes For Less. Duties Oversee daily operations of the automotive service center Manage technicians and service advisors Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction Meet and exceed sales and profitability goals Create estimates and explain repairs to customers Monitor workflow and shop productivity Hire, train, and develop team members Maintain inventory and vendor relationships Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards Handle customer concerns professionally and promptly Requirements Minimum 3 years of automotive management experience Strong sales and customer service skills Knowledge of brakes, suspension, alignments, tires, and general automotive repairs Ability to lead and motivate a team Valid driver's license Strong communication and organizational skills Experience with shop management software preferred
