Maintenance Supervisor We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in City, State. As a Maintenance Supervisor with Quikrete Hardscapes and Masonry, you will oversee the installation, routine upkeep, and emergency repair of infrastructure and critical machinery by leading a team of technicians, insuring PM schedules are met, managing vendor relationships, and enforcing compliance with environmental and health safety rules. Role Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate the performance of maintenance technicians and tradespeople.
Workflow Scheduling:
Review work orders to prioritize and assign tasks based on urgency and skill levels.
Preventive Programs:
Follow prescribed Maintenance Connections PM schedules and execute routine preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to reduce equipment downtime.
Facility Inspections:
Perform physical walk-throughs to spot structural defects, electrical issues, or mechanical failures.
Vendor Management:
Coordinate external contractors for specialized projects, review bids, and supervise outsourced work.
Safety Compliance:
Enforce adherence to local building codes, company safety protocols, and OSHA regulations.
Inventory Control:
Monitor stock levels of spare parts, specialized tools, and vital supplies to forecast future purchases.
Data Logging:
Maintain MMS to accurately log repairs, asset histories, and costs.
About You We Require:
Education:
High school diploma required; vocational degrees or trade certifications preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years as a maintenance technician, with proven lead or supervisory experience.
Technical Skills:
Mastery of building trades, including HVAC, commercial plumbing, carpentry, and electrical infrastructure.
Blueprint Literacy:
Ability to accurately interpret construction blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
Physical Demands:
Capability to stand for prolonged intervals, climb ladders, and lift heavy equipment over 50 pounds.
Essential Key Skills Safety:
Familiar with maintenance safety protocols; LO/TO, SDS, NFPA70e & Confined Space)
Troubleshooting:
Rapidly assessing complex asset breakdowns to find root-cause solutions.
Organization:
