Job Description

Maintenance Supervisor We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities within our community, and take a hands-on approach to the completion of all projects. The ideal candidate will be possess excellent project management skills, a strong understanding of industrial maintenance practices, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Role Responsibilities:
Oversee the maintenance team when needed, providing guidance and support. Manage and coordinate maintenance projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence. Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and systems to identify potential issues. Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues, utilizing skills in high voltage and low voltage electrical systems. Utilize schematics to diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical systems. Monitor and maintain HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. Collaborate with facilities management to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. Manage and maintain all necessary records, including maintenance logs and inventory reports. Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance budget and plan.
Required Experience:
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a residential setting. They must have experience with project management, including scheduling and budgeting. Experience with high voltage and low voltage electrical systems is essential, as well as knowledge of HVAC systems. Strong understanding of residential maintenance practices and experience with facilities management is also preferred. The candidate should be familiar with schematics and have experience with volt meters. Prior experience as a Maintenance Supervisor is preferred. EPA Certification required CPO Certification required
