Plan, prioritize, assign, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Manage daily maintenance work orders and ensure timely completion. Coordinate emergency repairs and participate in an on-call rotation. Troubleshoot complex electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and control systems. Ensure compliance with company safety policies and OSHA requirements. Coordinate with management, subcontractors, and customers regarding maintenance priorities. Maintain maintenance records, inspections, and documentation. Promote a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement Required Qualifications 5+ years of maintenance supervisory or maintenance management experience. 5+ years of industrial electrical and mechanical maintenance experience. Strong experience supervising technicians and managing maintenance work orders. Experience troubleshooting industrial electrical systems. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.

Experience with:

Motor controls Relay logic Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS) Industrial electrical troubleshooting Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Preferred Qualifications Experience with hydraulic systems and hydraulic controls. Experience maintaining movable bridges, industrial equipment, heavy machinery, cranes, marine equipment, or similar electro-mechanical systems. PLC troubleshooting experience. CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) experience. Bilingual (English/Spanish). Additional Requirements Willingness to participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency response.
