Salary:

Our client is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee a talented maintenance team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. If you enjoy balancing hands-on technical leadership with strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives, this could be the perfect next step in your career! What your future day will look like: Lead maintenance personnel while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Plan and execute preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment performance. Prioritize and coordinate maintenance activities to support production schedules and minimize downtime. Analyze equipment performance data and implement solutions to improve reliability and operational efficiency. Manage maintenance-related expenditures, monitor budgets, and identify opportunities for cost reduction. Oversee spare parts inventory, vendor relationships, and contractor activities. Partner with multiple departments including production, engineering, and leadership teams to resolve equipment issues. Track key maintenance metrics and utilize data to drive decision-making and performance improvements. Participate in troubleshooting and equipment repairs when needed to support plant operations. Ensure compliance with all company safety standards, maintenance procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Direct Hire To be a champion in this role, you will need: 3+ years of leadership experience managing maintenance teams within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of preventative maintenance, equipment reliability, troubleshooting, and asset management practices. Experience developing maintenance schedules, work procedures, and performance metrics. Strong knowledge of automation/robotics and CNC equipment Experience managing maintenance budgets, vendor relationships, and operational expenditures. Hands-on technical aptitude with the ability to support complex equipment troubleshooting when necessary.
