Maintenance Lead - 3rd Shift (Fountain Inn, SC) Fountain Inn, SC $36-$40/hr + OT Full-Time A leading manufacturing facility in the Fountain Inn area is hiring a Maintenance Lead for 3rd shift. This role is ideal for an experienced Maintenance Technician / Lead / Supervisor who has taken on lead responsibilities, mentored junior techs, coordinated shift activities, or supported reliability and safety initiatives. You will lead technicians, troubleshoot equipment issues, coordinate shift activities, and support reliability and safety improvements.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading and mentoring maintenance technicians Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Coordinating shift activities and project work Driving equipment reliability and preventive maintenance Supporting continuous improvement and safety initiatives Maintaining accurate CMMS documentation and work orders Candidate Requirements 3-5+ years of industrial maintenance experience Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Experience as a lead technician, trainer, project lead, or supervisor Strong commitment to safety and reliability Preventive maintenance and equipment reliability experience CMMS proficiency and solid documentation habits Technical degree preferred Forklift experience required

$36.00 - $40.00 per hour
