We're looking for a Fleet Maintenance Manager who can take ownership of a busy heavy-duty maintenance operation. This role is ideal for someone who understands diesel equipment, knows how to lead technicians, and can balance uptime, safety, compliance, and cost control. What You'll Do Lead daily shop operations, maintenance planning, repairs, inspections, and PM schedules Manage, coach, and support diesel technicians Prioritize repair work to reduce downtime and keep equipment available Oversee parts, vendors, outside repairs, labor efficiency, and repair timelines Manage maintenance-related P&L, budgets, cost control, and expense tracking Monitor fleet uptime, repeat repairs, safety, DOT compliance, and equipment readiness Review repair trends and identify ways to improve shop performance Provide technical guidance when needed and help remove roadblocks for the team What We're Looking For Fleet maintenance, diesel shop, or heavy-duty truck maintenance leadership experience Strong understanding of PM programs, diagnostics, DOT requirements, and shop workflow Experience managing maintenance costs, budgets, parts, vendors, or P&L Ability to lead technicians while holding the team accountable Comfortable working in a fast-paced fleet environment Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Why This Role Stable, year-round fleet operation Leadership role with real impact Competitive pay and benefits Opportunity to improve uptime, control costs, and build a strong shop culture
