$20-$25 Our client is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead daily maintenance operations. Candidates must have a valid CPO license to be considered. Position Summary The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations related to aquatic attractions, pools, pumps, filtration systems, mechanical equipment, and facility infrastructure. The successful candidate will oversee preventive maintenance programs, coordinate repairs, manage vendor relationships, and ensure all facility systems operate efficiently. This position plays a critical role in maintaining a safe, clean, and fully operational environment for both guests and team members. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Lead, coach, train, and develop the maintenance team while promoting a strong safety culture. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for aquatic attractions, pools, pumps, filtration systems, and related equipment. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards. Monitor water quality systems and ensure adherence to applicable treatment and sanitation requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and facility-related issues. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and equipment performance. Assist with budgeting, capital planning, equipment upgrades, and maintenance-related purchasing. Coordinate specialized repairs and services with third-party vendors and contractors. Support ongoing operational improvements through industry best practices and process enhancements. Collaborate with facility leadership to maintain a safe and exceptional guest experience. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical certification in mechanical, electrical, aquatic systems, or related trade preferred. Previous maintenance leadership experience required, preferably within waterparks, amusement attractions, resorts, hospitality, recreation, or similar high-volume environments. Strong mechanical aptitude with proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Working knowledge of safety regulations, maintenance standards, and compliance requirements. Familiarity with pool operations, water quality management, and filtration systems preferred. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and on-call situations as needed. Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
