Monday through Friday, beginning at 8:00 AM and continuing until assigned service calls are completed Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dependable Service Manager to diagnose, service, and repair residential and commercial swimming pools and spas throughout the Myrtle Beach area. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience repairing pool heaters, skimmers, pumps, filters, plumbing systems, and other pool equipment. This position requires strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to manage daily service assignments, and a commitment to providing professional, high-quality service. Responsibilities Diagnose pool and spa equipment problems and determine the appropriate repairs Repair and replace pool heaters, skimmers, pumps, filters, valves, plumbing lines, and related components Troubleshoot water circulation, heating, filtration, and equipment performance issues Complete scheduled service calls safely, accurately, and efficiently Inspect pool and spa systems to identify existing or potential problems Provide direction and hands-on training to service assistants and general laborers Assign tasks and ensure work is completed according to company and safety standards Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, materials, and equipment used Communicate professionally with customers regarding diagnoses, repairs, and recommended services Ensure service vehicles, tools, parts, and equipment remain clean, organized, and properly maintained Follow all safety procedures when working with tools, electrical components, plumbing systems, and pool chemicals Report equipment needs, customer concerns, and job progress to management Perform additional pool service and repair duties as assigned Qualifications Previous experience repairing and servicing swimming pools and spas is required Experience diagnosing and repairing pool heaters, skimmers, pumps, filters, and plumbing systems Strong mechanical and troubleshooting abilities Knowledge of pool circulation, filtration, heating, and sanitation systems Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, and repair materials Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field Dependable, punctual, and able to manage a changing daily service schedule Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Reliable transportation to the designated reporting location Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Ability to bend, kneel, reach, climb, and stand for extended periods Ability to work outdoors in heat, humidity, rain, and changing weather conditions Ability to safely handle tools, equipment, repair materials, and pool chemicals Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the workday #hc260623
