WFS is well-versed in federal contract compliance and providing outstanding support services Job Description Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Specialist will serve as the subject matter expert for IBM Maximo and lead asset management, maintenance planning, and work management processes supporting complex government facilities operations. This critical role oversees the integrity, accuracy, and optimization of maintenance and asset data across a large, multi-site portfolio of facilities and infrastructure. The ERP Specialist will act as the primary liaison between the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Contractor and government stakeholders, providing technical expertise, business process support, and strategic guidance for Maximo system administration, preventive maintenance programs, asset lifecycle management, and maintenance planning. The ideal candidate combines strong facilities maintenance knowledge with deep expertise in enterprise asset management systems. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary Maximo Subject Matter Expert (SME) and principal point of contact for government leadership on all matters related to the Maximo platform. Manage and maintain enterprise asset and maintenance data for a large, multi-building, multi-site facilities portfolio. Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of asset records, maintenance data, and configuration information within Maximo. Coordinate with government stakeholders and facility personnel to gather maintenance requirements, asset information, and operational data. Develop, implement, and maintain preventive maintenance (PM) schedules, maintenance routes, and work management processes. Create and configure PM programs based on manufacturer recommendations, warranty requirements, and operational best practices. Ensure newly commissioned assets are properly established in Maximo with accurate asset attributes, maintenance plans, and associated documentation. Monitor and balance preventive maintenance workloads to optimize resource utilization and operational effectiveness. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to maintenance planning, asset management, and facility operations. Provide Maximo user support, training assistance, troubleshooting, and guidance for system users. Generate reports, metrics, dashboards, and performance analyses to support operational decision-making and contract performance objectives. Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and facility management teams to improve business processes and enhance system utilization. Minimum Qualifications Must be a US Citizen Active Top Secret (TS) Security Clearance. Minimum five (5) years of experience utilizing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) platforms, such as IBM Maximo, supporting facilities maintenance and operations programs. Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated experience managing preventive maintenance and repair portfolios across large, multi-site, and multi-facility environments. Current IBM Maximo training certificate or equivalent recognized Maximo certification. Annual continuing education or professional development related to Maximo, asset management, maintenance planning, or ERP systems. Experience with asset lifecycle management, work order management, preventive maintenance scheduling, and maintenance data governance. Strong knowledge of facilities operations, maintenance management, and enterprise asset management best practices. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with executive leadership, facility stakeholders, technical personnel, and system users. Experience supporting Department of State (DOS), Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community, or other federal facilities programs. Experience administering enterprise-scale Maximo implementations. Knowledge of commissioning processes, warranty management, and asset onboarding procedures. Familiarity with facility condition assessments, asset performance management, and reliability-centered maintenance practices.
