Job Description
Job description GENERAL The Maintenance Supervisor reports directly to the Community Manager and is required to maintain and display a professional attitude at all times. It is the responsibility of the Maintenance Supervisor to review and understand the Employee Health and Safety Manual, the Risk Management Policy and Procedure Manual, and all Policy and Procedure Manuals as they directly relate to the position of Maintenance Supervisor. The primary responsibility of the Maintenance Supervisor is to assist the Community Manager predominantly concerning the maintenance of the property following all Policies and Procedures. In addition, assists in the supervision of the Maintenance Staff while maintaining a professional relationship with vendors. Each Maintenance Supervisor is required to be accessible 24-hours a day for communications. The only exception is approved vacation. The responsibilities listed below are not all-inclusive, but are indicative of the responsibilities normally performed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
