Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver hands-on training programs for Press Maintenance Technicians Improve equipment uptime through preventive and predictive maintenance initiatives Coach and mentor maintenance team members on troubleshooting, repair techniques, and safety practices Support production by minimizing downtime and driving continuous improvement activities Utilize

SAP/CMMS

systems to document maintenance activities and identify lessons learned Coordinate maintenance activities with production to maximize equipment availability Manage spare parts strategies and support maintenance planning efforts Ensure compliance with all OSHA, HSE, and Gestamp safety standards Support 8D investigations and equipment-related quality initiatives

What We Need:

8-10 years of industrial maintenance experience within the automotive industry Strong knowledge of press equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems Experience with hot stamping, robotic welding, material handling, laser cutting, or related manufacturing technologies Previous experience training, coaching, or leading maintenance personnel Experience utilizing CMMS systems, preferably SAP PM Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Engineering degree preferred Why Us?
