Heidelberg Materials is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to lead electrical reliability across our manufacturing operations within the Engineering, Maintenance & Asset Management team. In this on-site role, you will supervise technicians, plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance, and troubleshoot complex electrical and controls issues on critical plant assets. You will champion a safety-first culture, ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA, and OSHA standards, and partner with engineering on reliability and capital projects. Responsibilities Lead and supervise electrical maintenance technicians in a 24/7 manufacturing environment Plan, prioritize, and execute preventive and corrective electrical maintenance on plant equipment and assets Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, lockout/tagout, and regulatory requirements (OSHA, NFPA, NEC) Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical and controls issues to minimize downtime Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance & Asset Management on reliability and capital projects Optimize use of CMMS for work orders, asset history, and spare parts management Develop and coach team members to build technical and leadership capabilities Drive continuous improvement in equipment reliability, energy efficiency, and maintenance best practices Required Skills Industrial electrical systems troubleshooting Preventive and predictive maintenance PLC programming and diagnostics Motor control centers (MCCs) and VFDs Electrical safety and
