Non-Exempt / Full-Time Hotel Maintenance Lead - The Master of Facilities If you are tired of working the same repetitive assembly line or construction job and want a role where no two days are the same, this is it. We are looking for a high-energy, skilled Maintenance Lead to join our world-class team. We are hiring for two locations both located in Rock Hill, SC. Our property is buzzing with excitement, and we need a proactive professional who takes pride in keeping the magic alive. From keeping our pools crystal clear to ensuring our HVAC systems keep guests perfectly comfortable, your work directly impacts the happiness of thousands of travelers. Your core responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural issues across the property. Respond promptly and courteously to guest maintenance calls, turning a potential negative into a memorable positive experience. Complete scheduled preventive maintenance checklists to keep our infrastructure running smoothly. Assist with outdoor property maintenance, landscaping touches, and seasonal preparations.

Your qualifications:

At least two years of experience in commercial building maintenance, property management, or a related trade. Specialized knowledge in HVAC, plumbing or electrical systems is a major plus. Physical stamina to stay on your feet, lift equipment, and navigate a large property throughout the day. A professional appearance and a friendly demeanor. Ready to build a great career with us? Pay:

$15.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
