Dare to learn new skills, advance in your career and make an impact at Henkel. What you´ll do Champion a culture of safety, 5S, and operational excellence across the maintenance organization. Lead maintenance operations, ensuring timely and safe equipment repairs while maximizing reliability and uptime through preventive maintenance, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement. Oversee maintenance systems, work order execution, data integrity, and reporting through
CMMS/SAP
platforms. Manage maintenance budgets, capital projects, energy conservation initiatives, and facility compliance programs. Lead, develop, and grow the maintenance team through hiring, coaching, training, mentoring, and performance management. Drive strategic maintenance and facilities programs that improve equipment performance, building security, efficiency, quality, and overall operational effectiveness. What makes you a good fit Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.7-10 years of manufacturing maintenance, facilities, and/or reliability experience. 5+ years of leadership experience managing maintenance or technical teams. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and CMMS platforms (SAP preferred). Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and organizational skills with a track record of driving results. Hands-on expertise with critical facility systems, including electrical, HVAC, compressed air, vacuum, chilled water, hot oil, and fire/life safety systems, with the ability to apply engineering principles to operational challenges. This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate's skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
