Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated, dependable individual to join our growing team. If you're someone who enjoys working with your hands, takes pride in quality workmanship, and likes variety in your day-to-day work, we'd love to hear from you. This is not your typical maintenance position. While you'll perform general property maintenance, you'll also work on a wide variety of construction and remodeling projects. Every week brings something different, giving you the opportunity to build your skills across multiple trades. Duties General property maintenance and repairs Apartment remodels Carpentry and framing Plumbing repairs Drywall installation and repair Painting and flooring installation Roofing and shingling Concrete and foundation repairs Landscaping and exterior improvements Commercial property maintenance Unit turns and preparing properties for new tenants Snow removal during winter months Assisting with larger renovation and construction projects Experience We are not looking for someone who knows every trade. We're looking for someone with experience in one or more of the following: General construction Carpentry Plumbing Roofing Concrete Drywall Painting Flooring Landscaping Electrical HVAC General maintenance Remodeling Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in facilities maintenance and manufacturing environments. Proficiency in electrical systems repair, including troubleshooting with schematics and using tools like ohmmeters. Hands-on experience with HVAC system repair and plumbing system maintenance. Experience supervising or leading maintenance teams with leadership skills that foster teamwork and safety compliance. Excellent communication skills for clear documentation and effective collaboration. Knowledge of CMMS software for managing work orders and maintenance records effectively.
